The Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA) has launched applications for the Africa’s Data Future Fellowship 2026. This three-month, fully remote capacity-building program aims to empower emerging leaders in the African data governance and digital policy ecosystem.

Fellowship Benefits
- Stipend: Up to $1,500 USD upon successful completion.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education & Experience: Hold a postgraduate degree and at least 1 year of professional experience in social sciences, law, technology, or data policy.
- Residency: Must be a citizen and resident of an African country.
- Sector: Currently active in government, the private sector, tech/AI startups (fintech, edtech, healthtech, agritech), think tanks, academia, or civil society.
- Commitment & Tech: Ability to commit at least 2 hours per week, with access to a functional computer and a reliable internet connection.
