This six-month talent development initiative is designed to equip young African professionals with core business skills and practical experience to launch high-impact careers in Africa's private sector.
Program Highlights
- Bootcamp & Training: Driven by Heirs Academy, the program kicks off with an intensive 4-week Group Foundation Bootcamp focusing on strategic priorities, business fundamentals, and corporate culture.
- Hands-on Experience: Trainees complete a 5-month deployment across Heirs Holdings' portfolio companies.
- Career Path: High-performing graduates are offered direct full-time career placement within the Heirs Holdings Group upon program completion.
Applicant Eligibility
- Degree: Minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- NYSC: Fully completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Experience: Maximum of 2 years post-NYSC work experience.
- Age: Must be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
