The Cybersafe x SANS AI Security Fellowship 2026 is now accepting applications for its fully funded, nine-month advanced training initiative designed to equip experienced African women in cybersecurity with specialized skills in AI security principles, securing RAG systems, LLM defense, prompt injection mitigation, AI threat modeling, and cloud security automation (AWS/Azure), while preparing fellows for the GIAC AI Platform Security (GAIPS) and GIAC AI Security Automation Engineer (GASAE) certifications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Women aged 21 or older.
- African national residing in an African country with fluent English proficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical cybersecurity experience.
- Demonstrated interest in AI security and willingness to complete a prerequisite course during the application phase.
- Commitment to full program participation, including dedicated exam prep windows.
