Edfrica Solutions Limited is running it under the Digital Transformation Centre Nigeria (DTC Nigeria). DTC Nigeria is funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). It is implemented by GIZ Nigeria.
Why this programme
Nigerian small businesses need more than standard business advice today. They need trusted advisors who can guide them to adopt digital tools, stay safe from cyber threats, and prepare for the shift to greener, more digital ways of working.
What the programme offers
This is a fully funded, hybrid programme. We will select and certify a group of women professionals to lead digital change for businesses across Nigeria. It has two parts: an intensive training block, then hands-on work with real enterprises.

Who should apply
- You are a woman with experience in digital advisory, systems integration, technology strategy, business intelligence or ICT project management.
- You live and work in Lagos, FCT (Abuja), Kano, Rivers or Abia.
- You have at least 3 years of experience delivering tech consulting or digital advisory services, and you have supported small businesses or mid-sized companies.
- You can commit to the full training block and the hands-on work that follows.
How we will select
Shortlisted applicants will go through an assessment and an interview before onboarding. Selection is competitive and based on merit.
