Key Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the grant, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Gender & Age: Be a woman aged 18 or older.
- Location: Live in any country worldwide.
- Business Status: Own a business, want to start one, or have an idea for a business or organisation. An existing business is not required.
- Legality & Impact: Propose a legal activity that benefits women, girls, and/or families.
- Clarity: Be able to clearly explain how the funding will be used.
Grant Benefits
- Award Amount: Up to $500 in funding.
- Grant Period: Six months to implement the proposed activities.
- Giving Joy particularly favours ideas that go beyond personal business growth, such as generating income opportunities, providing skills, improving economic independence, or supporting women and families in the community.
