- A two-page, typed, double-spaced essay on "How to make a difference in my community."
- Three letters of recommendation, from a religious leader within your community, a teacher familiar with your educational goals, and your Local Government.
- Current passport photos, no more than six months old.
- Your most recent school transcript.
- A copy of your birth certificate.
