The Yves Rocher Foundation has opened applications for the 2027 international Terre de Femmes Award. The award is for women of any nationality who are committed to protecting nature and trees. This edition's theme is "Trees in the City." It aims to make cities greener, improve air quality, support biodiversity and reduce the effects of climate change. Urban green spaces keep shrinking around the world, which puts both city ecosystems and the communities that depend on them at risk.
Two laureates from around the world will be chosen. Each will receive a €10,000 grant for their project and join a community of committed women working to protect nature.
